RETURNS & REFUNDS
For hygiene and health reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds or replacements are only considered in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact RUFMEN as soon as possible and provide your order details along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
