RUFMEN offers  jewelry and related products designed with a focus on quality, durability, and presentation.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, finishes, textures, and other visual details may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.

Natural stones may feature slight variations in color, pattern, texture, or appearance. These natural variations make each piece unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.

MATERIALS

RUFMEN pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel. Our gold pieces feature an 18K gold finish over a stainless-steel base.

ORDERS

By placing an order with RUFMEN, you confirm that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

RUFMEN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect customer information.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on our website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payment must be successfully completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, an order may have already entered preparation or fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation requests should be submitted to RUFMEN as soon as possible with the relevant order number.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, public holidays, courier availability, or circumstances outside RUFMEN's reasonable control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For hygiene and health reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds or replacements are considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects or where an incorrect item has been supplied.

Customers may be required to provide their order details and clear photos or videos showing the issue before a claim can be approved.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

RUFMEN provides a Lifetime Warranty covering verified manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling or care, modifications, loss, theft, or normal wear and tear.

Proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the product may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Approval of warranty claims is subject to verification by RUFMEN.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the RUFMEN website, including the RUFMEN name, logos, branding, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to RUFMEN unless otherwise stated.
